We will deliver the products to you in accordance with the delivery option specified by you when you place your order.
We will deliver directly to the delivery address provided in your online order. We will deliver all products comprised in your order in one delivery. Please see ‘Delivery Options’ below for details of where we deliver and the delivery options available to you.
Delivery timings are based on working days. Orders received over the weekend or on bank holidays will be picked up on the next available working day and your delivery timing will activate after you have received your shipping confirmation email. Please note admin opening hours are 9am – 5pm Monday-Friday.
Order cut-off for all delivery services is 4pm (GMT). Orders placed after 4pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day.
Please note that our delivery service may be affected over bank holidays and during sale periods. Specific delivery details will be confirmed at the time of order.
