ZELIA offers a simple and easy 14 day return policy to our SL customers and 30 days to international customers. IZELIA provides refunds Voucher for purchases made at IZELIA’s Flagship Store, outlets and on the Brands’ official e-commerce. Pursuant to the terms set forth below, IZELIA will provide refunds Voucher to customers who return products unworn and unwashed, in their original condition and packaging (if any), with the tags still attached within fourteen days (14) for SL customers and thirty (30) days for international customers from the date of purchase. E-commerce purchases can be returned via SalPost Mail or at Our Flagship Retail Stores listed on our e-commerce sites.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No vouchers will be reimbursed in this case.
