RETURN POLICY

IZELIA offers a simple and easy 14 day return policy to our UK customers and 30 days to international customers. IZELIA provides refunds Voucher for purchases made at IZELIA Store, outlets and on the Brands’ official e-commerce. Pursuant to the terms set forth below, IZELIA will provide refunds Voucher to customers who return products unworn and unwashed, in their original condition and packaging (if any), with the tags still attached within fourteen days (14) for UK customers and thirty (30) days for international customers from the date of purchase. E-commerce purchases can be returned via UK Royal Mail or at Our Flagship Retail Stores  listed on our e-commerce sites.
 Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No vouchers will be reimbursed in this case.

 

  • A notification on the status of the return will be sent to the customer within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the items.
  • Please make sure that you obtain and keep proof of postage when you are sending goods back
  • Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.

Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
