IZELIA tries to ensure that your goods are delivered on time. However from time to time delays can take place by factors beyond our control.
We will be unable to refund you before we have allowed for 14 working days to pass from the date of dispatch. If you still haven’t received your order after this time, please contact our customer services team and we can assist you: info@izelia.co.uk

We expect our suppliers to consistently provide an environment which protects their employees’ health and safety and basic human rights.

IZELIA will never knowingly source stock from countries which are in breach of the above principles. We also look to our suppliers to instil these principles when dealing with their own supplier base.

When you shop on this website, you will be asked to input personal information such as your name, email address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number(s), product selections and a password. Basic personal details, including your name and email address, are also requested when you sign up to receive our email newsletter.

We do not store credit or debit card information.

Please be aware that it may take up to 15 days to stop receiving emails, and a later opt-in will supersede an earlier opt-out.
